It seems the gates of fortunes have opened for our colleague Yathiraj – an interesting actor, eloquent speaker and man always comes for help to the needy.

On Monday there was extra glee in the face of Yathiraj. Not because he has got one opportunity but because of a very good opportunity of second hero in the direction of Rishi who made ‘Surya the Great’. Yathiraj remembering how the role for him in ‘Kotlalappo Kai’ materialized on a breezy cool Monday night in front of Abhimani Vasathi said he is quite happy with graduation in his role.

It was twenty days ago Yathiraj had a telephonic chat with director Rishi his good old friend but never thought the friend would call him for a role to perform in his film. Yathiraj after going through the script inquired on an important role but he was told that it has gone to the producer side. Cursing his luck Yathiraj came back home and watching the Celebrity Cricket League on Saturday he got a call from director Rishi to meet him soon.

When Yathiraj went to the discussion room of the director Rishi he was in for a big surprise. He was narrated that he is doing the second hero role – a still photographer in the film also in love with the female protagonist. Convinced and reversing his curse made twenty days ago Yathiraj got ready even trimming moustache. He was in jeans pant and T short with goggles for the muhurut shot at Kanteerava studios in Bengaluru on Monday morning.

Yathiraj is pinning hopes too much on a very natural role he performed in ‘Bannadha Kode’ that is at the post production stage.

An actor of nearly 100 television serials Yathiran got noticed in big screen from a stunning scene with Priyanka Upendra on a moving vehicle in Shivarajakumar starrer ‘Rowdy Aliya’ film produced by Anand Audio. Since then he has acted in more than 50 films. Yathiraj is a good anchor nowadays. He heads the cinema section of ‘Praja Nudi’ printed from Palace city Mysore.
